Return policy

Right of withdrawal:

As a consumer, you have a period of  30 days to notify us  of your choice to  withdraw after receipt of the order by  you or by a third party  – other than the carrier – that you have designated.

If it is a contract for several goods ordered by you by means of a single order and if these goods are delivered separately, the period of 30 days runs from receipt of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify your choice to withdraw to the attention of Cumulus Rainwear SRL, Avenue Conscience 248, 1140 Evere, number +32486100194, Cumulusrainwear@gmail.com.

You must inform us of your choice to exercise your right of withdrawal using an unambiguous writing.

To do this, we propose to notify us of your choice to withdraw by email to the following address: Cumulusrainwear@gmail.com.

We remind you that you are free to inform us of your choice to exercise your right of withdrawal by any other means of written communication that you can find on our website.

If you do not comply with the 30-day deadline, you lose your right to withdraw. 

Repayment

In the event of your withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard  delivery charges within 14 days of your notice to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of dispatch of the goods, whichever is earlier.

Unless you wish to be reimbursed otherwise, we will use the same payment methods as yours for the refund.

Obligation of the consumer

You must return the package to the  following address "Cumulus Rainwear, Avenue Henri Conscience 248, 1140 EVERE" within 14 days of your choice to retract.

The costs and risks of returning the goods are at your expense.

You are only liable for the depreciation of the property resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of this property.

We recommend that you properly pack the return package to avoid damage.
