Article 1 - Preamble

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to the contract which are concluded between Cumulus Rainwear and the consumers.

Cumulus Rainwear is a limited liability company under the trade name Cumulus Rainwear. The registered office of the company is established at Avenue Conscience 248 1140 Evere.

The consumer is any natural person who acts for purposes which do not enter within the framework of his commercial, industrial, artisanal, liberal or agricultural activity and who carries out a purchase on the site https://cumulusrainwear.com/fr/pages/return-policy.

The CGV define the rights and obligations of the parties. The consumer cannot place an order without having read and accepted the GTC.

Cumulus Rainwear reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of its site and these will be applicable only for the next orders.

The consumer must be at least 18 years old to place an order with the site.

Article 2 - Order

2.1. Offer / Acceptance

The products displayed on the Cumulus Rainwear website constitute an offer and the payment of the price by the consumer constitutes an acceptance of this offer.

2. Reservations

All product orders are subject to availability of stock. If, in spite of this, all or part of the items are unavailable, Cumulus Rainwear informs the buyer by email as soon as possible and proceeds to the refund.

3. Time of conclusion of the contract

The contract shall be deemed to be concluded when the purchaser has had or reasonably should have had access to the order confirmation.

The notification of the order confirmation will be sent to the consumer either by mail to the address indicated or by e-mail if the buyer agrees to use this method.

The place of formation of the contract is the domicile of the buyer.

4. Technical steps for the conclusion of the contract

In order to place an order with the Cumulus Rainwear website, you must follow the following steps:

To order the items you want, access their product sheet by clicking on their photo or reference number, select the desired quantity and click on "add to cart".

Once a consumer has completed his or her shopping cart, the summary of the payment process will be available to him or her before moving on to the next step.

Then, the consumer will have to select the desired delivery method and then fill in their personal details. The name and address must be provided. A summary of the personal information will once again be transmitted to the consumer before he chooses the shipping method he prefers.

The consumer will then have to choose a method of payment, read and accept the general conditions that will be transmitted via a hyperlink, before being able to proceed to the final payment of his basket.

No account is required to purchase on our site.

5. Language of the contract

On the site, the contracts are concluded exclusively in French.

6. Archiving

The Consumer has access to his order history when he has created an account to make his purchase on the site.

Article 3 - Prices

The prices are indicated in euros - (all taxes included), and do not contain the expenses of deliveries.

The delivery costs are indicated directly on the product sheet and invoiced in addition before the consumer validates his order.

Cumulus Rainwear reserves the right to modify at any time the prices displayed on its website. The applicable prices will be those published on the site at the time the consumer places an order.
